Joyfully Connecting with Children (birth through 5th grade)

• Youth and children are part of today’s church. We welcome and encourage participation in almost every aspect of congregational life – worship leaders, attend confirmation and other education classes, attend camp and outdoor ministries, be part of various fellowship activities, etc.
• We are in the process of re-defining and re-energizing our children’s ministry. The COVID-19 pandemic, along with the departure of several young military families in the last 24 months, has created challenges to our ministry. Children’s ministry is still a high priority for congregation leadership, so stay tuned! God will bring about exciting and surprising new ways of faith formation in the months to come.
• Our goal is to begin in-person, monthly group times for pre-K to 5th grade in the spring/summer 2022, then weekly faith formation groups beginning fall 2022.
