Our Good News to Share    St. James is an average-size ELCA congregation (Evangelical Lutheran Church in America), located just north of downtown in the Haymount section of Fayetteville. We believe that even though we are sinful people, God loves us no matter who we are, what we do, where we’ve come from, or how we got here. At the center of our belief is that God’s grace saves us from the consequences of our sin (which is separation from God). In Lutheran language, we say that we are “simultaneously saint and sinner.” And that is good news to all!
